WHAT IS MGB?

This is Morrie Grace Brewer, a person who taught us powerful lessons about the importance of people. She taught us the lessons of caring for people and their needs, whatever the cost. She didn't do it through words. Like all good leaders and trendsetters, she did it through action. She taught us the best way she could; by ceaselessly caring for others, often times at expense to herself and her own well-being. She was a constant reminder that people matter, especially her family, and was also a powerful reminder that the little things in life are important. I will never forget the power of that regular phone call, the meals made with love, and the power of a grandmother hug. She is gone, but not forgotten and her lessons inform the way we run our company. We will always be a PEOPLE CENTERED company. We will always do good work; at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always good work.

I hope that from now on, when you see a MGB badge in the wild, that you see what I see, a wave from beyond. A little reminder of our roots and our principles.
